WrenchCraft LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the HoneyDew mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled securely and responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. 1. Information We Collect

• Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address for authentication and communication purposes. Your passwords are encrypted and managed securely by Google Firebase; WrenchCraft LLC never sees, stores, or has access to your plain-text password.
• User-Provided Data: We collect the text inputs you provide while using the App, including vehicle makes and models, appliance types, mileage or operational hours, trim packages, and custom maintenance logs.
• User-Submitted Media: If you participate in our crowdsourcing features, we collect any tutorial videos, photos, or text you submit (including the associated vehicle and task metadata) to review, host, and distribute across our platforms.
• Device & Diagnostic Data: To deliver timely maintenance alerts and push notifications, we securely collect device push tokens and your local timezone preferences.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

We utilize trusted third-party services to operate core app features. These providers process data securely on our behalf:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure database hosting (Firestore), backend logic (Cloud Functions), and User Authentication.
• RevenueCat: Used for processing in-app purchases and managing subscriber entitlements or asset slot expansions.
• Apple App Store & Google Play Store: All financial transactions and payment processing are handled entirely by Apple and Google. HoneyDew does not collect, process, or store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to provide and improve the core services of the HoneyDew application. Specifically, we use it to:

• Generate customized maintenance schedules and track service intervals.
• Sync your garage and home asset data securely across your devices.
• Review, host, and publish user-submitted maintenance tutorials to our official channels.
• Deliver relevant push notifications and maintenance alerts based on your local timezone.
• Authenticate your account and verify in-app purchases.

We do not and will not sell your personal data, maintenance logs, or email address to data brokers or advertising networks.

4. Data Retention and Account Deletion

You have full control over your data and can request its deletion at any time. We provide two distinct methods for you to initiate a permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Instant)

HoneyDew provides a native "Delete Account" feature directly within the App's settings menu. Using this feature will instantly and permanently wipe your user profile, all associated asset data, maintenance history from our Firebase database, and delete any locally downloaded manuals or sandbox files from your device.

Method 2: Web / Email Request

If you no longer have the app installed or prefer manual processing, you can request account deletion via email by following these steps:

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the exact email address associated with your HoneyDew account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Our team will manually verify the request and permanently wipe your account data within 7 business days.

What is deleted: Once a deletion request is processed (via either method), your email address, authentication credentials, device push tokens, and all personal garage/home asset histories are permanently erased from our active databases and cannot be recovered. Asset slot expansions are one-time, consumable digital purchases applied directly to your registered account. All purchases are forfeited upon account deletion. We do not retain any residual personal data following an account deletion.

5. Children's Privacy & Age Requirements

Children Under 13: The HoneyDew app is not directed at or intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information and terminate the associated account[cite: 1].

Users Aged 13 to 17: If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you may only use HoneyDew with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian[cite: 1].

In-App Purchases: You must be at least 18 years old, or have the explicit permission of the bill-payer, to make any in-app purchases or subscribe to premium services[cite: 1].

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via an in-app notification.
